研究领域

针对信息存储和太阳能光伏器件等应用背景,研究新型氧化物功能薄膜和异质结的生长、物理与器件。

主要使用激光分子束外延技术对氧化物薄膜进行原子尺度的设计和生长,构建人工界面和异质结,研究和探索新型低维功能材料与微纳器件,该研究是凝聚态物理和材料科学领域的研究热点。研究涉及氧化物薄膜的铁电、铁磁、多铁和光电特性,及信息存储和太阳能光伏器件等。

简历

1993年毕业于安徽大学物理系获学士学位;2002年在中国科学院固体物理研究所获博士学位;2002年9月至2004年9月,中国科学院物理研究所博士后;2004年10月至2005年3月,日本筑波国立产业技术综合研究所JSPS Special Research Fellow;2005年4月至2007年8月,英国剑桥大学 Research Associate; 2007年进入中国科学院物理研究所工作,现任研究员、博士生导师。

现承担国家自然科学基金和国家重点基础研究发展计划(973)等项目。
